The Naranjilla (in Ecuador and Panama) or Lulo (in Colombia) is family of the tomato and aubergine/eggplant, from the subtropics of south america. The fruits are yellow and taste like citrus, and can be eaten fresh or be processed into a refreshing juice. The leaves (up to 45 cm in size) and stalks are elegantly covered in purple hairs, and cannot endure too much direct sunlight. The plant can be hibernated at a minimum temperature of 5 degC.

Sowing description:
Soak the seeds for 24 hours in lukewarm water, sow the seeds in sowing mix and let them germinate at a temperature of 20-25 degC.
