We try to take low outdoor temperatures into account as much as possible and, in principle, do not send seeds if it is freezing during the day. But if you don't want to take any risks out there, you can order this heat pack. A reaction between oxygen and iron powder naturally creates heat. When we add the heat pack to your shipment, the seeds will be protected by this heat for 110 hours / 5 days.
Below 5 degrees Celsius, it could be a good addition for orders with already sprouted seeds (e.g. species of Alocasia, Anthurium, Amorphophallus, Cyrtosperma) and seeds with a short shelf life (recalcitrant seeds).
Below freezing, this applies to all tropical and subtropical species.
